Our FTP service is a fast, stable connection which resides in-house.

• For Mac OS 9, we suggest that you use FETCH to upload and download your files.
• Use an FTP client for Mac OS X such as RBrowser or Cyber Duck.
• If you are a Windows user, Smart FTP. Many more are available on the Internet at no charge.

General FTP settings

• HOST: ftp.precisioncolor.com
• USERNAME: ftpguest
• PASSWORD: ftpguest
• DIRECTORY: (Leave Blank)

We currently limit email attachments to 10 Mb and we ask that you use a compression program such as Stuffit or Zip to minimize file size and preserve file integrity.

If you require a private connection on our server, please contact your customer service or sales representative to establish a private login.

Reminders

• Files transferred over FTP or email must be compressed. Stuff or Zip your files to ensure file integrity.
• We accept most file formats. When submitting application files, be sure to include all fonts and images needed to process your product.
• When submitting pdf files, we ask that you create them using the PDF/X-1a:2001 iso standard.

We will retrieve files from your FTP site upon request.
